However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will only share your information with third parties if you have given us explicit permission to do so. This includes the Partner Sharing feature, where you can generate a secure QR code to share selected cycle metrics with a partner of your choice.

4.2 Service Providers

We may engage third-party service providers to perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support. These service providers will have access to your information only to the extent necessary to perform their functions and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

5. Your Choices and Rights

You have the following rights regarding your information:

  • Access and Correction: You can access and edit your personal information directly within the App.
  • Deletion: You can delete your data through the App's settings. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from your device.
  • Data Export: You may export your data from the App in a standard format if this feature is available.
  • Opt-out: You can choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
